Originally from Austria, I have been living in Hanoi for 5 years. I obtained my certification in personal training in Germany and have been working as a personal trainer and group trainer for 3 years.

I am offering tailor-made workouts and training solutions for all levels and ages, specialized in, but not limited to, following areas:

PERSONAL TRAINING:

In addition to our training, I will be able to help with tips on nutrition which will help you to achieve your goals more easily. Living in Hanoi for 5 years means I have developed a deep understanding of nutrition of the local cuisine and also availability of special or dietary food.
